Ingredients
small bowl of quick oats
small bowl of oat milk
1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp agave syrup
handful of blueberries
3 pieces of dark chocolate
Some water
if you want some nut butter
Directions
- Soak the ground flax seeds in a little water.
- Then mix oatmeal, plant milk, baking powder, agave syrup and flax seeds. Mix everything together in a blender.
- Pour the batter into a baking dish, add blueberries and put the chocolate into the batter.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes (175°C)
