Ingredients
3 tbsp chia seeds
180 ml unsweetened almond milk
120 ml plain Greek yogurt (or plant-based yogurt)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
0.5 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
1 pinch cinnamon
Instructions
1. Mix all ingredients in a glass jar or bowl.
2. Stir well until protein powder is fully dissolved.
3. Let sit for 10 minutes, stir again to prevent clumping.
4. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
5. In the morning, top with sliced almonds or berries as desired.
