Description

This homemade electrolyte drink with mint is a refreshing and natural way to rehydrate. It’s crafted with sea salt, raw honey, lemon juice, and fresh mint leaves to replenish electrolytes and support digestion — without added sugars or artificial ingredients.

Ingredients

2 cups filtered water

1/8 tsp sea salt (or Himalayan salt)

2 tsp raw honey or maple syrup

Squeeze of fresh lemon juice

46 fresh mint leaves

Instructions

1. Add filtered water to a mason jar or bottle.

2. Stir in sea salt and raw honey (or maple syrup).

3. Squeeze in a bit of lemon juice for flavor and vitamin C.

4. Tear or gently muddle mint leaves and add to the drink.

5. Stir or shake well until everything is dissolved and mixed.

6. Chill or serve over ice. Sip slowly over 20–30 minutes.

Notes

Fresh mint adds cooling benefits and supports digestion — great for summer hydration.

Always use filtered or mineral water for optimal absorption and flavor.

Optional: Add a pinch of baking soda or chia seeds for an extra boost.

Store in the fridge and consume within 48 hours for best freshness.

Ideal after workouts, during illness, or in hot weather.
