Description
This homemade Mounjaro recipe is a powerful natural alternative to weight loss medications, inspired by the metabolic effects of GLP-1/GIP mimetics — but using only real, food-based ingredients. With apple cider vinegar, chia seeds, cinnamon, turmeric, and lemon, this drink helps control cravings, balance blood sugar, and support digestion — all in under 5 minutes.
Ingredients
1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
1 tbsp chia seeds, soaked in 2 oz water for 10 minutes
1/4 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground turmeric
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
Pinch of pink Himalayan salt
Juice of 1/2 lemon
8–10 oz filtered water (warm or room temp)
Optional: 1/4 tsp grated ginger or a pinch of cayenne
Optional: a few crushed mint leaves
Instructions
1. Soak chia seeds in 2 oz of water for 10 minutes until they gel.
2. In a glass or shaker, combine apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, turmeric, cinnamon, black pepper, and salt.
3. Add the soaked chia mixture and filtered water. Stir or shake well.
4. Optionally, add grated ginger, cayenne, or mint for extra benefits and flavor.
5. Drink slowly 15–30 minutes before your largest meal or first thing in the morning.
