This 4-ingredient Natural Mounjaro Drink is a simple yet powerful fat-burning tonic inspired by the GLP-1 effect. Using apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, and water, this drink supports appetite control, blood sugar balance, and natural metabolism — without the need for medications.
Ingredients
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
Juice of 1/2 lemon (about 1 tbsp)
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
12–16 oz filtered water (warm or room temp)
Optional: 1/4 tsp Ceylon cinnamon, 1/4 tsp ginger powder, or liquid stevia to taste
Instructions
1. Add the lemon juice and apple cider vinegar to a large glass or shaker.
2. Sprinkle in cayenne pepper (and optional cinnamon or ginger if using).
3. Pour in the warm or room-temperature filtered water.
4. Stir well or shake until fully mixed.
5. Drink immediately, preferably on an empty stomach in the morning.

Always dilute apple cider vinegar — do not consume it straight.
