This Metabolic Power Bowl is part of the Natural Mounjaro Recipe lifestyle — combining fiber, healthy fats, and plant protein to naturally support GLP-1 hormone activity for fat loss, satiety, and stable energy.
Ingredients
1/2 cup cooked quinoa
1/2 cup roasted sweet potatoes (cubed)
1/2 avocado, sliced
1/2 cup sautéed kale
1 boiled egg or 1/4 cup chickpeas
1 tbsp tahini or hummus
1 tsp apple cider vinegar (optional)
Pinch of turmeric
Pinch of cinnamon
Sea salt, black pepper, lemon juice (to taste)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, cinnamon, and pepper. Roast for 20–25 minutes.
2. Sauté kale in a pan with garlic and sea salt until soft.
3. Cook quinoa as directed and let cool slightly.
4. In a bowl, layer quinoa, sweet potatoes, kale, protein of choice, and avocado.
5. Drizzle tahini mixed with lemon juice and apple cider vinegar on top.
6. Sprinkle turmeric and serve warm or cold.
Notes
For a vegan version, use chickpeas instead of egg.
Add microgreens or sesame seeds for extra crunch and nutrition.
This bowl keeps well for 2–3 days in the fridge — perfect for batch prep.
