Ingredients
8–10 oz warm filtered water
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/8 to 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt
Instructions
1. Warm the filtered water until slightly above room temperature (not hot).
2. Stir in the pink salt until it fully dissolves.
3. Add the fresh lemon juice and mix well.
4. Drink slowly on an empty stomach first thing in the morning.
5. Wait 20–30 minutes before eating or drinking anything else.
Notes
Start with 1/8 tsp pink salt if you’re new to this drink and increase to 1/4 tsp as tolerated.
Always use authentic Himalayan pink salt, not table salt or sea salt.
Do not exceed 1/2 tsp of pink salt per day from all sources.
This drink is ideal during detox, intermittent fasting, or post-workout hydration.
