You’ll need: a package of silken tofu, frozen blueberries and your choice of sweetener to make this delicious dessert. Put these three ingredients in a blender and blend until you get a creamy mixture. Done! Super quick and easy, right?
Of course, you can also make this dessert with other fruits: Raspberries, mango, peach. Just try your way through! I still layer my dessert with vegan yogurt in a glass and top it with some blueberries and maple syrup.
The beauty of this vegan blueberry cream dessert is that you can decide how sweet you want it to be and how much fruit you want it to contain. Sometimes I also add fresh blueberries to the cream after mixing. This makes the dessert even more fruity!

12 OZ / 340g Silken Tofu
1 Tbsp. Sweetener
1 Cup frozen Blueberries
1 Cup Vegan Yogurt (optional)
some Blueberries and Maple Syrup (optional)
- Put the three ingredients in the blender. Mix everything until it becomes a creamy mass.
- Layer the blueberry cream together with the vegan yogurt in a glass.
- Refrigerate the dessert for 2 hours so that it becomes firmer.
- I topped my dessert with a few blueberries and maple syrup.
