Of course, to make a salad really delicious, you need a dressing. This is one of my favorites: vegan like ranch dressing . The dressing is super quick to make and can also be easily and quickly transformed into a delicious dip.

Ranch dressing is probably one of the most popular dressings ever. It usually consists of mayo, buttermilk and yogurt. But it can also be easily made vegan and is in no way inferior to the original!
Vegan mayonnaise is super quick and easy to make yourself. You can find the recipe here: Vegan Mayo. The buttermilk is replaced by plant milk and lemon juice. As a vegan yogurt alternative, I chose soy yogurt, because it gives a little more protein in the dressing.

The ranch dressing is quite liquidy, so it spreads well in green salads. But you can also easily turn the dressing into a dip. Just omit the vegetable milk and add more yogurt and mayo instead. The dip goes very well with vegetable sticks made of carrots, cucumbers or peppers. A great snack for on the go or for the evening on the sofa!

The salad I eat the dressing with includes: Lamb’s lettuce, cucumber, yellow bell bell pepper and apple. I love the combination of salads of vegetables and fruits. Like for example in this salad recipe with oranges.
