These vegan oatmeal chocolate chip cookies are the best you’ll ever eat! And best of all, they’re ready to eat in just 15 minutes! The cookies are gluten-free if you make sure to use gluten-free rolled oats and gluten-free baking powder.
For the super delicious Oatmeal chocolate chip Cookies you need: (gluten-free) oatmeal, vegan butter (make sure it is a solid block!), sugar, plant milk, salt, (gluten-free) baking powder and of course chocolate chips.
Blend half of the oatmeal into oat flour. Then you just mix all the ingredients together. You should end up with a rough paste. Now, divide 15 cookies with a spoon and bake your cookies for about 10 minutes.
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet after baking. When they are hot, they are still a little soft and break more easily. Trust me: you will love these cookies!
As already written above, the cookies are made super fast. The problem: They are also eaten up just as quickly. So go ahead and make a few more! The ingredients in the recipe inherit 15 cookies. You can also store the cookies very well.
You can, of course, modify the oatmeal cookies to your liking. For example, instead of the dark chocolate chips you can also choose (vegan) white chocolate, raisins, dates or other dried fruit. Depending on what you like best. My family and I are chocoholics, so it has to be chocolate for us đ
