Welcome to Plant base Basics! In this post, I’ll show you how to whip up a vegan parmesan alternative in under a minute. All you need are cashews, nutritional yeast and salt. Put the three ingredients together in a blender until they are finely chopped.
The vegan Cheese is of course perfect for all pasta dishes. Like my vegan bolognese or this fennel carbonara. But you can also use it for baking. For example, in this recipe I baked potatoes together with the vegan parmesan. Super tasty and crispy. Be sure to try it out.
