Hey there! I’m Elsie Graham — recipe creator, health-focused home cook, and the person behind DailySuperTasty.
I live in beautiful Michigan, and I started this blog to share something really personal: how I used food to change my life.
How It All Started
A few years ago, I hit a low point.
I was 32, working a full-time job, constantly tired, and stuck in a cycle of diets that never worked. I couldn’t lose weight, and worse, I felt like I was losing myself. My energy was gone. I didn’t feel good in my skin. And slowly, it started to affect everything — even my work.
One day, I just knew: I couldn’t keep living this way.
I looked in the mirror and said to myself: “It’s time to put your health first.”
And that was the beginning of something amazing.
I Chose to Learn, Cook, and Heal
I didn’t want a quick fix. I wanted to understand what my body needed — and how food played a role in how I felt every day.
So I started reading everything I could about healthy eating. I watched videos, took notes, went to local health talks, and followed people who were living the life I wanted. I didn’t come from a fancy background or go to culinary school — I just rolled up my sleeves and started learning.
I spent hours in my kitchen, turning what I learned into real meals. Not strict diets, not bland food. Just simple, balanced recipes I could enjoy and feel good about.
And slowly, I started to see the results.
I lost weight.
My skin cleared up.
I had energy again.
I smiled more.
I felt like… me again.

DailySuperTasty Was Born
As I shared my meals with friends and family, they noticed the change. Not just in how I looked, but in how I lived. They started asking questions:
“How are you cooking these meals?”
“What’s different now?”
“Can you help me do the same?”
So I did. I started writing down recipes, taking photos, and sharing small tips from my daily routine. That little habit turned into a blog. And that blog turned into DailySuperTasty — a place where I now share the healthy meals that helped me take back my life.
This blog isn’t about perfection.
It’s about real food, real results, and real people like you and me.

Why People Trust This Blog
I’m not a chef or a doctor. I’m just a woman who wanted to take better care of herself — and actually did it. Everything I share here is based on what worked for me and the people around me.
- I’ve spent years learning about food and health through experience
- I’ve tested every recipe and tip in my own home
- Friends, family, and online readers have used these recipes with success
- I always focus on simple ingredients, clear steps, and honest advice
If I recommend something, it’s because I’ve used it and loved it. No fluff, no sponsored noise. Just real food that works.
A Few Fun Facts
- I still dance in the kitchen while making breakfast.
- I never follow the grocery list exactly (but somehow it works out!).
- My favorite comfort food is baked sweet potatoes with cinnamon.
- I believe that cooking at home is one of the most powerful things we can do for our health.
